Queensland has recorded three new cases of COVID-19, two of which are in hotel quarantine and the third case is the partner of a cleaner who tested positive to the UK variant.
The man has been in quarantine since January 7 and Queensland Health has issued alerts for three new locations in Sunnybank Hills and Acacia Ridge.
The two other cases are a father and daughter who are in hotel quarantine.
More than 13,000 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours.
