Ever since opening late last year, Vertigo has been delighting daring diners with its elevated concept and elevated altitude, not to mention its tasty Italian menu by Bar Alto. Now the unique vertical venue is taking its offering to all new heights, serving up an aerial champagne brunch every Sunday, just in time for Mother’s Day!
Strap in alongside your intrepid progenitrix and experience captivating views of the Brisbane City skyline, plus the chance to abseil off the side of the iconic Brisbane Powerhouse building. Hanging 17 m high you can sip on champagne, mimosas or wine, while enjoying a three-course brunch that includes croissants, fresh fruit, a choice of Spanish omelette, avocado on sourdough or high-top toastie filled with porchetta and asiago, and decadent desserts like the Death By Chocolate flourless torte with hazelnut cream and almond milk panna cotta served with juicy berries. You can pair your dessert with coffee, hot chocolate or tea, or keep the party going with an Aperol spritz and a glass of wine (or juice and soft drinks).
Sunday Brunch is now available at Vertigo year round, with sittings starting from 10:00 am. Mother’s Day brunch sittings are limited so book in quick to grab a table for two at the Vertigo website.
