One week on from the Flydubai incident, details continue to filter out about the pilot accused of stabbing his colleague to try to crash the Tel Aviv-bound plane.

As investigations continue, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu has been front and centre – with the Israel election just weeks away.
