Celebrate 16 years of live music and community spirit at The Junk Bar’s birthday celebrations this Sunday June 14. The energetic four-piece returns to Brisbane with its fifth studio album Experiencing Feelings of Joy. The free installation features drawings of home created by children at Queensland Children’s Hospital and regional communities from Mackay to Warwick. The project, led by the Children’s Hospital Foundation, includes works from artists Tori-Jay Mordey and Nick Caldwell.
