Biang Biang Fresh Noodle has reopened in a new Wickham Street home, bringing its cult-favourite hand-pulled Shaanxi-style noodles back to Fortitude Valley. Founded by Kieran Zou in 2018, the eatery is renowned for its belt-width biang biang noodles, which are stretched and slapped by hand before being paired with toppings like sizzling chilli oil, cumin lamb, pork mince, spicy Sichuan dan dan sauce and yellow curry. The larger venue boasts more seating and a bigger kitchen, while the menu remains unchanged for now, with plans to introduce new specials such as black bean beef, black pepper chicken and slow-cooked lamb in the months ahead.
