Tucked away on Honour Avene in the leafy heart of Graceville, Botellón offers dinners a taste of the vibrant spirit of the Mediterranean with bold Spanish flavours and warm hospitality. Inspired by the laneways of Madrid and plazas of Barcelona, this lively haunt boasts an  interior aesthetic of earthy tones, plus ample inside and street side. Owned by local hospitality talent Maddison Walker and led by head chef Matt Woodhouse, the venue celebrates fresh, seasonal produce and soulful, modern takes on traditional Spanish cuisine. The menu’s crown jewel is their share-style paella, with a number of options on offer including the smoky Chorizo y Pollo, the seafood-packed Mariscos and the veggie-friendly Verde. These signatures are joined by a stellar selection of tapas (including lightly battered baby calamari with aioli and garlic prawns with chilli, olive oil and lemon), snacks (croquettes with jamon, manchego and jalapeno) and mains (Margra lamb shoulder with goats curd, shishito peppers and sherry glaze). The beverage list is stacked with top-notch wines (including plenty of Spanish varieties), beers and cocktails.
