Briox Deli

Located near the Valley Metro in Fortitude Valley, Briox Deli is the latest venture from Rizka and Audi Krisnandika, the duo behind cult-favourite pastry destination Croix Croissant. Created as a dedicated home for the pair’s expanding range of cinnamon scrolls, sandwiches and specialty drinks, the compact grab-and-go spot showcases the same multicultural flavour approach that made Croix a hit. The pastry cabinet is loaded with French butter croissants, pain au chocolat, twice-baked almond croissants and inventive croissant buns, alongside a selection of signature cinnamon scrolls including classic, pandan and rotating seasonal flavours. On the savoury side, Briox offers a menu of globally inspired sandwiches such as bulgogi cheesesteak rolls, butter chicken sandwiches, eggplant balado sambos and K-BBQ crispy chicken focaccias. Drinks include cold brew and iced lattes made with beans from Melbourne’s Moto Bean Roasters, with a range of specialty beverages set to join the menu. Designed with commuters and city workers in mind, Briox Deli is a convenient stop for pastries, coffee and flavour-packed lunches throughout the day.
