From the team behind Hendra institution Thai Naramit comes Charmjuree Thai, an elevated Thai restaurant housed in a Queenslander on Ascot’s Racecourse Road. Drawing on Thai Naramit’s authentic recipes while taking cues from Bangkok, the menu pairs premium ingredients with elegant presentation, spanning butterfly pea dumplings, scallops, wagyu skewers, soft-shell crab bao, som tum, curries, noodles and standout mains like whole barramundi, wagyu khao soi and lamb shank massaman. The nature-inspired interiors feature colourful upholstery, ornate lighting and striking artworks, while the cocktail list brings a little theatre with creations like the smoky Charmjuree Bloom and Thai milk tea-spiked Tea or Me.
