The food remains rooted in high-quality local produce, with standout dishes like pig-head schnitzel, coral trout meuniere and koji-aged sirloin featuring. Backed by a curated wine list from Zoe Mahoney and a warm, bistro-inspired fit-out by Alkot Studio, the new Clarence blends elevated dining with accessibility, capturing the essence of its original charm while evolving to meet the energy of its vibrant new neighbourhood.
