Cubic’s second Brisbane CBD outpost brings the specialty coffee operator’s acclaimed brews to Edward Street, pairing a streamlined, takeaway-focused format with a fresh food offering featuring Japanese-inspired treats. Alongside a chocolatey Bear Bones house blend and a rotating roster of single-origin coffees from some of Australia’s top roasters, the cafe serves house-made shokupan toasties, caneles, financiers and other baked goods. The venue also doubles as a testing ground for coffee innovation, with free-pour taps dispensing batch brews, matcha and cold brews, plus a pre-batched espresso system designed to deliver speed and consistency without compromising quality.
