Danbo Labo

Danbo Labo is a vegan ramen offshoot of Ramen Danbo, located right next door to its South Brisbane store on Merivale Street. Acting as a test kitchen and creative lab, Danbo Labo currently serves a fully plant-based menu that includes vegan versions of classic tonkotsu, miso and sesame ramen, along with sides like vegetarian gyoza and rice balls. While the vibe remains traditional, the concept is all about innovation – with a focus on crafting ramen that delivers authentic depth of flavour, no meat required.
