Evra’s share-style menu draws from modern Australian cuisine with Italian, Vietnamese and French influences, showcasing standout dishes like crispy fried chicken with rooftop herbs, South Australian marron risotto, Aylesbury duck ‘sausage’ and a decadent mud-crab lasagne.
