The light-filled spot pairs Toby’s Estate coffee with bagels from The Bagel Boys, spread with cream-cheese schmears infused with everything from classic dill and capers to inventive flavours like jalapeno, coriander and lemon. Breakfast favourites include an egg-and-bacon bagel, while vegan options feature roasted capsicum, cashew and olive tapenade. Alongside coffee, you’ll find Tea Collective loose-leaf brews, matcha and house-canned juices, with plans to expand into evening service soon – think local wines, canned cocktails and charcuterie boards enjoyed on the sun-dappled terrace.
