Newstead’s answer to the ultimate game-day hangout, Gas Hound Bar & Kitchen from Hallmark Hospitality brings a modern Australian bistro menu to a high-energy sports-bar setting. With plenty of television screens, electronic dartboards, pool tables and an expanded alfresco area, this revamped venue pairs biophilic touches with plenty of room to play. In the kitchen, executive chef Jason Flett delivers an elevated pub menu of croquettes, wings and tacos, smash burgers and steak sandwiches, plus five takes on chicken parmigiana, fish and chips, woodfired steaks, pasta and more.
