Founded by Happy Valley Brewing Co’s Cheyne Meehan, Hop City is a sprawling two-level neighbourhood bar and eatery located at South City Square in Woolloongabba. Designed as an approachable all-are-welcome gathering spot, the 200-seat venue pours a rotating selection of Happy Valley beers across eight taps alongside cocktails, wine and non-alcoholic options, while the kitchen dishes up elevated pub fare including schnitzels, burgers, tacos, steaks, beef cheeks and share plates.
