Hotel Terminus brings South Brisbane’s storied former Fox Hotel back to life as a four-level dining and drinking destination, with operator Ghanem Group carefully restoring the 1920 Art Deco landmark while layering in contemporary hospitality polish. On the ground floor, the original public bar and adjoining gastropub serve elevated pub fare — think steaks, schnitzels, burgers and snacks with a refined touch — alongside an Australiana-leaning drinks list, while a dramatic new Fish Lane entrance opens into a soaring brick atrium at the heart of the venue. Upstairs, a trio of private event spaces and the sultry Vixen Room cocktail lounge add a more intimate, late-night feel, before Fox Rooftop caps things off with skyline views, share-style snacks and a lively bar atmosphere.
