In June 2025, the team behind beloved cafes The Jam Pantry and Waho Cafe expanded its portfolio to Auchenflower with I Do Cafe – a slick coffee and brunch spot nestled on Grimes Street. Here, the vision is simple – to deliver a warm and inviting haunt for locals to slow down, relax and enjoy nourishing (and tasty) food and drink. I Do Cafe’s menu features a selection of all-day brunch items, including mouthwatering comfort foods like scrambled eggs with paprika-grilled prawns and kimchi, chicken Benny croissants with Sriracha and fresh house-made lemon hollandaise, crispy Korean-style chicken sandwiches, and caramelised fig toast with whipped lemon ricotta and hot honey. These items are available alongside handcrafted desserts, specialty coffee, milkshakes, juices and smoothies.
