Founded by hospitality veteran Lachlan Sleeman, the concept centres on high-hydration dough fermented for 72 hours and baked in steel trays, resulting in crisp, airy bases designed for both flavour and structure. Developed with consultant pizzaiolo Matteo Fanelli and showcasing quality local ingredients, the concise menu balances tradition with a distinctly Australian touch. Set within the Haven micro-precinct, the light-filled venue caters to everything from quick grab-and-go bites to relaxed lunches and early evening drinks, offering a versatile, everyday take on Italian dining.
