From Rosé Gelateria founders Bronson Tucker and Diana Prinz, the concept strips away Rosé’s cafe model to concentrate solely on small-batch gelato, served from traditional pozzetti tubs and made with a balance of classic technique and playful experimentation. Expect flavours ranging from pistachio praline, vanilla bean and Lindt chocolate to more adventurous picks like Earl Grey and biscuits, creme brulee and bubblegum, alongside dairy-free sorbets and vegan-friendly options, all dished up in a sleek, cosmic-tinged space designed for quick scoops or a brief sit-down.
