A favourite among Fortitude Valley locals, Mosconi has been bringing a relaxed European sensibility to Arthur Street since it opened in 2019. Conceived by brothers Daniel and Mark Rotolone (formerly of Vine in New Farm), the hybrid wine bar and restaurant offers both casual grazing and special-occasion dining across a warm, old-school European-inspired space designed by Fairweather Architecture and ByBurke Design. In the kitchen, head chef Catherine Anders delivers a menu of refined European fare – from Byron Bay burrata with heirloom tomatoes and grilled Mooloolaba king prawns in carrot butter to Blue swimmer crab risotto and veal cotoletta with cauliflower puree– complemented by a boundary-free wine list spanning Italian, French and new-wave Californian drops, plus classic cocktails and local and Italian beers.
