Never Enough

Never Enough is a two-level bar and restaurant now open inside Fortitude Valley’s heritage-listed Apothecaries Hall, from Crowbar duo Trad Nathan and Tyla Dombroski under their Long Lunch Group banner. Designed as a late-night, all-are-welcome dining destination, the venue blends a flexible, food-forward menu with a relaxed bar ethos – think oysters, gildas and small plates through to dry-aged steaks, seafood and a 21-day cheeseburger, all overseen by executive chef Trent Lymn, with no set way to order or dine. Downstairs houses the main dining room, while upstairs offers a looser bar setting with balconies and a private dining space, complemented by a considered drinks list spanning Australian wines, rare bottles, aperitifs and premium spirits, all wrapped in a heritage-led interior that leans into the building’s original brick and timber character.
