Notes Wine Shop in Everton Park is a cosy, colour-filled bottle shop-bar hybrid from Sarah Nightingale-Hickey, offering a relaxed, community-focused space where locals can grab a bottle to go or settle in for a glass. Located on Trouts Road, the intimate venue seats eight with additional standing room, pairing a rotating by-the-glass list with a tightly curated selection of Australian and international wines spanning classic and new-wave styles. With a focus on approachability, flexibility and good taste over fuss, Notes also stocks new-age cask wines and non-alcoholic options, and will soon debut its own house-made drop created in collaboration with a Stanthorpe winemaker.
