Pampero

Pampero is a Woolloongabba restaurant and bar inspired by Argentina’s Pampas region, which has brought a relaxed, share-style approach to dining to South City Square. From the team behind Pablito’s Mexican, the venue champions traditional asado cooking, with a menu that moves from knife-cut beef empanadas and choripan to flame-grilled steaks and a signature selection of meats served tableside on a brasero. Latin American influences appear throughout, reflecting Argentina’s broader food culture, while the drinks list features a strong showing of Malbec alongside classic and Argentinian-inspired cocktails. Set within a colourful, 100-seat space, Pampero pairs fire-led fare with an easygoing atmosphere designed for group dining, casual catch-ups and long, unhurried meals.
