Perched atop The Constance Hotel in Fortitude Valley, Siroco Rooftop is the latest elevated venture from Potentia Solutions Leisure, the hospitality group behind Lina Rooftop, Azteca and Soko Rooftop. Inspired by the sun-drenched coastlines of the Mediterranean, the 120-seat rooftop pairs sweeping city views with a bright and breezy aesthetic featuring stone tables, rendered walls, linen curtains and a retractable roof. The share-style menu spans snacks such as spicy tuna on brioche, camaron rojo, saganaki and wagyu carpaccio through to larger plates including grilled tiger prawns with brown butter, pan-seared snapper with red pesto, wagyu picanha and grilled spatchcock with smoked Aleppo pepper. Behind the bar, a list of signature cocktails, wines by the glass and local beers caters to long lunches, sunset drinks and late-night sessions, while a rotating roster of DJs and live musicians adds to the venue’s vibrant atmosphere. Together with all-day ground-floor counterpart Bar Lucé, Siroco offers a versatile dining and drinking destination that seamlessly transitions from daytime grazing to evening revelry.
