The Hills of Rivermakers is a family-friendly dining and entertainment precinct in Morningside, set on the grounds of the heritage-listed Commonwealth Acetate of Lime Factory built in 1910. Once a key industrial site, the space has been carefully restored and reimagined to bring together food, community and culture along the Brisbane River.

Visitors can enjoy breakfast and lunch daily at The Bakery & Cafe, sample locally made wines and share platters at the Urban Winery, or grab a scoop from the Gelato Factory. The Roadhouse & Brewery serves crowd-pleasing pub favourites, while the Pizzeria Lab specialises in hand-crafted, woodfired pizzas made with fresh seasonal ingredients. The Seafood Market offers oysters, prawns, calamari, and classic fish and chips.

The Hills of Rivermakers also caters to private dining and event bookings, with a range of flexible spaces available for small to mid-sized gatherings. Options include the character-filled Urban Winery, the leafy, open-air Lawn and the adaptable Engineering Hut, which blends indoor comfort with an outdoor atmosphere. Menus are seasonal and can be tailored to the occasion, with food ranging from share-style banquets to canapes and grazing tables. The range of spaces, flexible seating layouts and seasonal menus make it well suited to long lunches, milestone dinners and intimate celebrations.

With riverside views, landscaped green space, family-friendly areas and a focus on sustainability, The Hills of Rivermakers is a relaxed and welcoming destination for locals, families and visitors alike.
