Yolk has opened a new location in Brisbane City, bringing its cult-favourite bacon-and-egg rolls and tightly curated all-day menu to a Queen Street address designed for fast-paced inner-city trade. Originating in Newstead in 2019, the fast-casual eatery has built its following on a simple philosophy – do the classics well, without chasing trends. The city outpost adopts a grab-and-go hybrid format with limited seating, a significantly larger kitchen and future plans to support catering and additional sites, while still serving signature rolls alongside dishes such as chicken burgers, breakfast bowls and fresh salads.
