The annual foodie celebration will transform DRM into a barbecue lover’s dream, where pitmasters, brewers and hungry revellers come together for a mouth-watering day and night of eats, beats and good times.

Follow the irresistible scent of slow-cooked meats to DRM’s Food and Entertainment District (aka The F.E.D), where resident eateries will be plating up crowd-favourite dishes alongside a convoy of sizzling food trucks serving everything from juicy ribs to flame-grilled burgers. Between bites, head to Perentie Brewing Co. for an icy pint and soak up the laid-back festival atmosphere.

Inside the Market Hall, festivalgoers can browse a curated mix of local makers, gourmet goodies and barbecue gear, while outside, things will heat up with the Australian Barbecue Alliance Competition. Watch the pros fire up their grills, perfecting their brisket, ribs and sauces in the battle for barbecue glory. Over at the Live BBQ Demo Stage, pitmasters will share their smoky secrets, pro tips and cooking know-how, giving fans a front-row seat to the art of true low-and-slow perfection.

Live music will set the tone from the first bite to the last, with a line-up of local acts keeping the rhythm steady throughout the day. As night falls, the spotlight turns to ARIA Award-winning artist Ella Hooper, who will headline the evening’s entertainment with her signature country-rock sound and powerhouse vocals.
