Brisbane Quarter turns pink to celebrate Brisbane Festival

In celebration of Brisbane Festival lighting up the city for the month of September, Brisbane Quarter is joining in on the festivities with its very own installation and some pink-hued specialty sips to honour the occasion.

Inspired by the explosive energy of Riverfire and the unmistakable palm trees of the city, Brisbane Quarter has established Sparkbloom, a bright new installation lighting up the Atrium on Podium 1. The vibrant pink palm trees will stay standing throughout September from Wednesday 2 to Monday 28, so don’t miss your chance to snap a shot before it’s gone.

The festivities continue across Brisbane Quarter’s collection of restaurants, each with its own take on the month-long celebration. Over at Brisbane Phoenix, the Pink Champagne Margarita with a pink salt rim and the Bubbly Rosie mocktail offer refreshing sips perfectly paired with its pink-tinted mushroom dumplings. With a pink take on a Thai classic, Phat Boy will be serving up Nom Yen, or Thai Pink Milk, made with fragrant sala syrup and creamy milk served ice cold. Rosé, peach, rose syrup, orange Gin and Cointreau come together in a Pink Sangria at Annamese, while Persone will serve up a glamorous twist to a little Italian indulgence with its Glitter Tiramisu.
