Feeling lucky? Spend $150 or more, show your receipt at the Level 2 kiosk outside MECCA Maxima, and choose a key to try your luck at unlocking the vault. Prizes range from gift cards to glassware and movie tickets, with the activation running across December 6–7 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Shop, unlock and see what your key reveals.

Santa Photos
Indro’s enchanting Santa World returns with its Winter Wonderland Maze, leading into a magical photo moment with Santa himself. Families can choose from a wide range of experiences including Pawtraits, Sensitive Santa, Auslan Santa, and Santa and Mrs Claus sessions. With bookings available right up until Christmas Eve, capturing the season’s joy couldn’t be more seamless. You’ll find Santa World on Level 1 outside Coles.

Charity Gift Wrapping
For a $2 donation per gift, volunteers will beautifully wrap your presents, with all proceeds supporting Communify and its vital work providing essential community services to those facing challenges. After your shopping session, you’ll find the handy gift-wrapping station on Level 2 near Myer from December 8–24.

Christmas Cinema Childcare
Give yourself the gift of uninterrupted shopping time with Indro’s Christmas cinema childcare at Event Cinemas. For just $5, kids can settle in for a festive movie session complete with complimentary popcorn and a drink. The line-up spans family favourites across morning and early-evening screenings, making it easy to match a session to your to-do list. Even better, every ticket sold supports Communify, so you can tick off your Christmas list knowing your visit is helping brighten someone else’s season too.

Community Charity Drive
Indro is inviting shoppers to share the festive spirit by supporting Communify’s Christmas appeal. Drop non-perishable pantry items into the Food Donation Box on Level 1 near Le Bon Choix and Metro News, or contribute a new toy – from play sets to LEGO and sports gear – at the Toy Donation Box near Kmart. Donations made between December 8 and 22 help Communify, making it an easy way to pass on a little cheer this Christmas.

Valet and Uber Vouchers
Make your Christmas visit to Indro extra smooth. Valet parking lets you pull up, hand over your keys and head straight inside – with pricing from $5 on Thursdays and Fridays, and extended weekend and public holiday hours to match the festive rush.
