You don’t need to be a gastronomic savant to know that Brisbane’s inner-city dining scene is in the middle of a renaissance. These days, foodies can find a top-tier spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner on every street of Brisbane’s heaving city centre – and what better way to celebrate our cracking culinary offering than by showcasing it via a month-long festival?

That’s right, Dine BNE City is back for its fifth year to highlight the delectable offerings of our restaurant scene. From June 1–30, locals are encouraged to round up their gang of like-minded gourmands to explore a program filled with more than 100 dining offers and special events, ranging from affordable lunch deals to luxurious seasonal banquets.

This year’s program will see 60 of Brisbane City’s best restaurant and bars getting in on the action, with established favourites like Donna Chang, Persone, The Gresham, Patina at Customs House, Walter’s Steakhouse and Bar, Rothwell’s and Opa Bar + Mezze joined by a fleet of newcomers including The Brasserie at Naldham House, The Fifty Six, Luc Lac, Dark Shepherd, Doughcraft, Stilts and Little Miss Sunshine.

Those eager to get amongst the action this year have plenty of deals to choose from. Dine BNE City’s Let’s Do Lunch program will feature a number of exclusive $25 or $35 lunch offers for those eager to indulge in a bit of midday dining. Meanwhile, night owls should look to the Supper Club schedule for specially curated dinner menus and tipple seekers will find plenty of signature drink and food pairings in Dine BNE City’s Bar Safari offering. Finally, Dine BNE City’s program will also include a number of one-off special events, with a series of top venues pulling out all of the stops to create memorable dining experiences.
