In Dr Karl: Amazing Moments in Science, the iconic Dr Karl Kruszelnicki will take audiences on a rapid-fire journey through the breakthroughs, happy accidents and extraordinary moments that have reshaped our understanding of the universe.
This lively morning event is your chance to wake up with Dr Karl, as he serves up a family-friendly exploration of the wonders of science. From game-changing medical advances to astonishing cosmic phenomena, bizarre animal abilities and the ever-evolving world of artificial intelligence – or, as Dr Karl dubs it, “Stupid AI” – the session delivers big ideas in bite-sized, brilliant bursts. Along the way, he shares his favourite jaw-dropping discoveries with trademark humour, warmth and infectious enthusiasm, making complex concepts accessible for curious minds of all ages.
The evening will also open the floor to the audience, with a lively Q&A inviting questions of every size and subject. Expect surprising answers, plenty of laughs and an evening that leaves you looking at the universe a little differently.
