This lively morning event is your chance to wake up with Dr Karl, as he serves up a family-friendly exploration of the wonders of science. From game-changing medical advances to astonishing cosmic phenomena, bizarre animal abilities and the ever-evolving world of artificial intelligence – or, as Dr Karl dubs it, “Stupid AI” – the session delivers big ideas in bite-sized, brilliant bursts. Along the way, he shares his favourite jaw-dropping discoveries with trademark humour, warmth and infectious enthusiasm, making complex concepts accessible for curious minds of all ages.

The evening will also open the floor to the audience, with a lively Q&A inviting questions of every size and subject. Expect surprising answers, plenty of laughs and an evening that leaves you looking at the universe a little differently.
