Emmalene Wine Dinner at Trove Cocktail Bar

Adelaide Hills wines are heading to Brisbane this July, with Trove Cocktail Bar hosting a one-night-only Emmalene Wine Dinner centred around premium pours and thoughtfully matched dishes.

Taking place on Thursday July 23, the intimate evening will pair a four-course menu with a selection of top drops from renowned winemaker Emmalene. Guests will start with Emmalene’s sparkling rosé served alongside a chef’s selection amuse-bouche, before moving into dishes including smoked-salmon pappardelle matched with sauvignon blanc, and Moroccan-spiced chicken and pumpkin risotto paired with both chardonnay and pinot noir. Dessert lands in the form of an Earl Grey-poached pear with vanilla-bean cream and vanilla-cinnamon granola, matched with Emmalene’s ramato-style pink pino gris.

Designed to unfold at an easy pace, the hosted dinner will spotlight both the Adelaide Hills wines and Trove’s kitchen equally, giving guests time to savour each pairing as the evening progresses.
