Festitalia, Brisbane’s beloved celebration of Italian culture is back after eight years, landing on Father’s Day (Sunday September 7) with a full day of food, music and family fun. Expect wood-fired pizza, handmade pasta, gelato, espresso, Italian wines and more, alongside live opera, folk bands, roaming theatre, pizza acrobatics and vintage Italian car displays. Nonna’s Kitchen, kids’ activities and quirky competitions including ‘Best Dressed Italian Dad’ and ‘Dad with the Biggest Pancia’ (belly) round out the program.
