Festive High Tea at Bacchus

Bacchus at Rydges South Bank is bringing a touch of Christmas magic to the season with its enchanting Festive High Tea, served every Saturday from November 8 to December 20. This elegant afternoon experience blends whimsy and indulgence, inviting guests to savour a handcrafted selection of sweet and savoury delights inspired by the flavours of the season.

The menu is brimming with festive holiday flair, featuring Christmas turkey sliders on soft croissant buns, prawn cocktail brioches with mango aioli, pistachio-studded pork terrine bites, fresh garden tea sandwiches with yuzu cream cheese and crisp mini duck spring rolls. The sweet tier is just as enchanting, showcasing Christmas tree desserts crowned with green matcha vermicelle, jasmine-mango snow cubes, festive macarons, cherry-topped Santa hats and warm cranberry-cocoa scones served with jam and cream.

Guests can enjoy continuous Harney & Sons tea or barista coffee, upgrade to endless bubbles, or add a two-hour pour of Mumm Marlborough Brut Prestige – a sparkling way to celebrate the season at Bacchus.
