Local alt rock outfit Happy Valley return to the stage to celebrate their EP Know What You Are with a live show that puts feeling first. Emotionally unfiltered and unafraid to sit in discomfort the band’s songs confront grief change and the slow process of finding direction. Know What You Are captures Happy Valley at a pivotal moment both sonically and personally offering an honest snapshot of becoming imperfect and deeply felt in a world obsessed with polish.

Live performance is where Happy Valley truly come alive and where much of their success has been built. Their shows are raw strident and cathartic as brooding intensity gives way to moments of emotional release. Joined by supports Haters and Catchcry this lineup promises a night off for the nine to five workers of the world creating space to vent the week and reconnect with what you are feeling.
