Soko Rooftop is raising the stakes this Melbourne Cup Day, blending Japanese-Peruvian flavours with rooftop glamour for a celebration that’s as stylish as it is delicious. With Brisbane’s skyline as the backdrop and an atmosphere to rival the thrill of the track, guests can expect an afternoon of live entertainment, dance-worthy beats and a feast of flavour as they revel in the race that stops the nation.

The afternoon begins with a three-hour premium package featuring flowing Laurent Perrier champagne, select wines, premium spirits and ice-cold beers paired with roaming canapes that showcase Soko’s signature flair. Expect golden empanadas with spicy rocotto sauce, crispy chicken karaage bowls and Soko’s mouth-watering tuna ceviche crowned with micro herbs and chilli oil. Live stations add to the theatre, with chefs serving freshly sliced sashimi fresh from the counter and skewers of crispy pork belly hot from the yakitori grill.

The rooftop will come alive with DJs, percussionists and dancers, setting the mood as guests watch the big race unfold on Soko’s giant rooftop screen.
