New Year’s Eve in the Jungle at SOKO Rooftop

Ready to get wild this New Year’s Eve? SOKO Rooftop will pulse with the rhythm of the jungle as Brisbane lights up for the countdown to 2026. From 8:00 pm, the Fortitude Valley bar’s leafy canopy will set the scene for an Amazonian-inspired celebration high above the city, with DJs, bongo players and dancers setting the beat against panoramic skyline views.

Guests can spend the final hours of the year grazing on SOKO’s signature Peruvian-Japanese creations, from kingfish taquitos with leche de tigre and slow-cooked wagyu-beef baos to golden empanadas, marinated prawns and yuquitas fritas with yuzu sauce. A live yakitori station will fire up throughout the evening, serving smoky skewers of Genghis chicken and teriyaki-glazed shiitake mushrooms straight from the grill.

A four-hour premium beverage package will keep the champagne and cocktails flowing while you snack, with Laurent Perrier and premium spirits on pour, joined by a selection of wines and beers. After the midnight fireworks illuminate the sky, the party keeps rolling – SOKO will open to the public, as the DJs, bongo players and dancers keep the rooftop alive into the wee hours.
