New Year’s Eve at Lina Rooftop

Pop the champagne and get ready to party under the stars – Lina Rooftop is turning up the heat for New Year’s Eve with sky-high views, endless bubbles and front-row seats to Brisbane’s fireworks spectacular. On Wednesday December 31, the buzzing rooftop bar will transform into a sparkling playground in the sky, blending all-night beats, gourmet bites and the ultimate midnight countdown.

From 8:00 pm, guests will enjoy a four-hour premium beverage package featuring Laurent-Perrier Champagne and premium spirits including Grey Goose vodka, alongside a curated selection of wine, beer and cocktails. Roaming canapes will keep taste buds busy with the likes of peri peri chicken skewers, caviar blinis, burnt-cauliflower croquettes, barbecued prawn skewers and pulled-pork sliders, while pop-up stations will be serving fresh oysters and prawns, charcuterie and sweet treats.
