Luxe chicken nuggets topped with caviar, Japanese carbonara udon, birria-style duck pancakes and a Sichuan-spiced take on the humble kebab will be drawing hungry crowds to Brisbane Powerhouse this winter, with Night Feast rolling out its biggest and most flavour-packed program yet.

Returning from July 29 to August 23, Night Feast presented by American Express will transform Brisbane Powerhouse into an after-dark playground of food, art and entertainment. More than 20 restaurants, bars and eateries will serve up festival-exclusive dishes, including Dine’m After Dark’s Luxe Nuggs, Donna Chang’s Donna’s Kebab, Burn City Smokers’ peach-tea-glazed pork belly and Gelato Messina’s sweet finisher Bisch, Please.

Newcomers include Norté’s smoked Mooloolaba prawn and avocado churro, Blackbird’s BFC with quandong chilli caramel, Clarence’s duck-loaded Snack Pack, Ruby, My Dear’s Japanese carbonara udon and AUNTY’s birria-style duck pancakes with duck consomme.

The line-up also features Poca Madre Mexicana, VICI Italian, Pilloni, The 203, Cálida Steak & Bar, Central, La Mano, Wonderbao and Siam Smash House, alongside the new Sapporo Izakaya by NONDA – the festival’s dedicated seated dining experience.

A new addition for 2026 is Better Off Red, a one-day-only long lunch on Sunday August 16. Created with Bosco and Blackbird, the riverside feast will pair crimson-hued dishes and d’Arenberg wines with exclusive live performances.

Entry to Night Feast is free, with food and drinks available for purchase.
