If smoky barbecue and American whiskey sound like your kind of winter pairing, Trove Cocktail Bar has just the thing lined up this July with its unmissable RYE NIGHT.
Presented in partnership with Travis McKenna from Iconic Beverages, the one-night-only guided tasting experience will lead guests through four standout American whiskeys, each paired with a barbecue-inspired course designed to bring out the flavour notes in every pour. Expect rye-forward expressions, smoky spice and plenty of conversation around production techniques, tasting notes and food pairings throughout the evening.
Set inside Trove’s moody cocktail-bar surrounds, RYE NIGHT is suited to seasoned whiskey drinkers and curious first-timers alike, with drinks flowing, prizes up for grabs and plenty of opportunity to chat whiskey between courses.
Running from 7:00 pm until late, the experience is priced at $100 per person, including the guided tasting and four-course barbecue menu. Spots at RYE NIGHT are limited – and online bookings are highly recommended.
