Sculptures & Sips

International production house and theatre company, Dead Puppet Society, is bringing back their wildly popular Sculptures & Sips workshops in 2026. Venture into their fabrication workshop for an experience that blends art design and mechanical design. In each workshop you will learn the fundamentals of design and fabrication to create a moving sculpture inspired by beautiful Australian wildlife, including a delicate flapping butterfly, intricate mechanical reef and a classic flying bird. Every session is led by one of Dead Puppet Society’s expert artisans. It is a chance to slow down, network with fellow creatives and acquire some new skills, all with a drink in hand. Not confident in your artistic ability? Fear not, as no prior experience is required.
