The festival will feature pop-up seafood stalls from River Quay favourites including Naga Thai, Popolo and Azure Mediterranean, alongside oyster shuckers, waterfront bars, a caviar and champagne pop-up by OTTO, live chef demonstrations, and interactive masterclasses led by acclaimed chef Matt Moran and Japanese seafood specialist Narito Ishii. Visitors can also enjoy live bands, DJs and exclusive seafood dishes from surrounding River Quay venues.
