The Vasco Era return to the Brightside this Friday December 12 after thirteen years with a new album produced by Greg Rietwyk, reviving the raw energy of their earlier work while exploring a split structure of loud ‘Yelling’ and soft ‘Crying’ tracks that reflect the band’s dynamic range.
Long celebrated on iconic Australian stages and major international festivals, they have shared lineups with acts like You Am I, Violent Femmes, Black Keys and Placebo. Joining the moment is Miss Mardy whose blend of New York garage rock angst and post-punk intensity has driven them since 2021 as they released three singles and toured with Radio Free Alice and Irish post-punk force The Murder Capital.
