From Wednesday June 11, the restaurant will transform into a truffle extravaganza with diners feasting on a six-course menu of truffle delights including:

  • Truffle amuse-bouche
  • Forest trilogy – maitake mushroom, Jerusalem artichoke, porcini dashi
  • Uovo d’oro – crisp egg, smoked potato foam, cheese fonduta
  • Truffle caramelle ravioli – ricotta, chestnut, pecorino
  • Wagyu cheek – Rangers Valley beef, parsnip, celeriac puree, black truffle jus
  • Mushroom Forest – truffle and porcini mousse, cocoa soil, hazelnut praline

Curated by executive chef Marco Sfamurri, the experience will celebrate these rich and rare morsels while highlighting a range of winter produce.
