The Woodford Folk Festival is a major annual celebration of music, arts, and culture held near the semi-rural town of Woodford, about 72 kilometres north of Brisbane in Queensland, Australia. Recognised as one of the largest cultural festivals of its kind in the country, it attracts around 125,000 patrons each year. Running over six days and nights, the festival transforms the site into a vibrant cultural hub featuring more than 20 venues and hosting over 1,600 shows. With upwards of 450 acts spanning music, dance, theatre, and spoken word, the Woodford Folk Festival offers an immersive and diverse experience that celebrates creativity, community, and cultural exchange.
