Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort is getting ready to level up its wellness game, with the first stage of Sheraton Fitness set to make its debut this December. Ahead of its opening, the luxury resort has shared a first look – and the sneak peek hints at a modern, energising and beautifully considered fitness experience for in-house guests.

Designed as a dedicated wellbeing hub, Sheraton Fitness brings together purpose-built zones for Technogym training, reformer pilates, yoga and targeted strength conditioning. Each area has been curated to support an effortless flow from one movement style to the next, creating a space that feels both functional and premium.

The design direction leans into calm, contemporary textures and coastal-inspired tones, echoing the resort’s sophisticated beachfront setting. It’s a space imagined to motivate movement in any form – a gentle stretch, a focused strength session or a sweat-building morning routine before a day by the Sheraton’s sparkling lagoon and iconic pool bar.

“Sheraton Fitness represents our commitment to delivering best-in-class wellbeing experiences for our guests,” says Julia Devita, director of sales and marketing at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast.

“We look forward to unveiling a fitness destination that inspires, energises and reimagines how our guests stay active while travelling.”

More updates will roll out in the months ahead, with the December opening marking the beginning of an exciting wellness transformation. For now, consider this your early preview of a fitness upgrade set to bring a fresh sense of energy to one of the Gold Coast’s most iconic beachfront resorts.
