Andaz Gold Coast opens reservations ahead of its Australian debut in Broadbeach

Andaz Gold Coast will mark a major milestone for the brand, becoming the first Andaz hotel in Australia and the Pacific when the 202-room Broadbeach property opens later this year. The hotel will bring together four distinct dining and drinking destinations, an expansive pool club, contemporary guestrooms and suites and elevated wellness experiences, with a strong focus on connecting guests to the food, culture and lifestyle of the Gold Coast.

Australian architecture firm DBI Architects and interior design firm Hachem are behind the hotel’s design, which draws on the contrasts between the coast and hinterland. Warm tones, expressive materials and lush green elements will feature throughout, with lighter coastal hues giving way to richer tones inspired by the hinterland at twilight.

Food and drink will be a major part of the Andaz experience, with each of the hotel’s venues designed to take guests from relaxed mornings through to sunset cocktails and evening dining.

Nove Restaurant and Bar will reinterpret Mediterranean hospitality through a modern Australian lens, showcasing local produce with fire-led cooking and shared dining at its heart. Vista Lounge will form the social centre of the hotel, moving from daytime dining and drinks into the evening, while the more intimate Verde Bar will focus on golden-hour cocktails and elevated bites.

Outside, the expansive Andaz Pool Club will bring together private cabanas, sun-soaked lounging, cocktails and poolside dining, creating another distinct drinking and dining destination within the hotel.

Upstairs, the hotel’s 202 guestrooms and suites will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, expressive interiors and premium in-room amenities, with select rooms opening to private outdoor spaces. Suites will offer larger living and entertaining areas, deep soaking bathtubs and dual vanities, while the signature Andaz Residence Suite takes things up another notch with an expansive entertainer’s terrace and generous indoor-outdoor living areas designed for longer stays and private gatherings.

Wellness will form another part of the experience, with a fully equipped Technogym fitness centre alongside a program of locally connected experiences designed to introduce visitors to more of the Gold Coast. Andaz hosts will act as neighbourhood insiders, connecting guests with the people, places and stories shaping the city, from its creative and culinary communities to its beaches, rainforests and hinterland.

The Grand Opening Offer provides 20 percent off eligible room rates, increasing to 25 percent for World of Hyatt members. The offer is available to book until December 22, 2026 for stays between December 14 2026 and June 30 2027.

Andaz Gold Coast is anticipated to open in late 2026 at 16 Casino Drive, Broadbeach.
