Birch Coffee Bar is a pint-sized, mornings-only coffee stop on West Burleigh Road, right next door to Peaches Pilates. Lacey’s Lane coffee leads the drinks list, alongside ceremonial-grade OHAYO matcha, cold brews and smoothies. For a bite, there are toasties made on Burleigh Baker bread, plus house-made cookies and creamy Basque cheesecake. Come Friday, limited batches of freshly baked cinnamon scrolls and a rotating weekly flavour hit the cabinet – but get in quick, they’ve been known to sell out by 7:00 am. Birch currently opens Monday to Friday, with Saturday trading coming soon.
