The menu is tight and thoughtful, with standout options like a crispy pork belly banh mi layered with house-pickled veg, pate and crackling, and a rich meatball sub with vodka sauce and scamorza cheese. Other favourites include the salumi focaccia, roasted brussels sprout roll and two seasonal salads. Everything is made in-house with premium ingredients and an obsessive attention to detail – including the daily delivery of specially selected bread from five different bakeries.
The vibe is warm and welcoming, with 70s-inspired timber panelling, a handful of indoor tables, a perch bench for takeaways, and a breezy alfresco area.
