After quietly opening just before Christmas, the long-standing local favourite has settled into its next chapter with everything regulars love firmly intact. Led by owners Sonia Giggins and Dennis Bastos, alongside chef-partner Rodrigo Artoni, BSKT is built on consistency, care and flexibility. The all-day menu caters generously to vegans, gluten-free diners, coeliacs and athletes alike, with most dishes adaptable by design and everything from sauces to dressings made in-house. Fan favourites like the Healthy Bennies, vegan and gluten-free pancakes, coconut chicken salad, prawn tacos and miso salmon continue to anchor the offering, joined by specialty coffee, smoothies, cold-pressed juices and a relaxed alcohol menu from 10:00 am.
